Hello, I’m Angela Bishop, a registered social worker and therapist. My passion for helping others stems from my own experiences of personal growth and acceptance. Throughout my journey, I have learned new ways to show myself compassion and work through challenges as they arise. Whether it’s related to loss, transitions, parenting, or life’s daily demands, I have gained valuable insights along the way.

In the whirlwind of it all, we often get lost and forget to check in with ourselves to ensure we are doing okay.
