What is talk therapy?

 

Talk therapy is an effective means for change, guiding you to discover ways to resolve the issues you are facing. Through therapy, you begin to acquire understanding, experience progress, and find happiness. With a focus on providing what you need, I use the approach that works best for you while creating a warm and supportive environment.

I work with individuals in all phases of life, with a strong emphasis on fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting stages. I hold certification in Maternal Mental Health and Perinatal Mental Health.
