Nurture your emotional health

Are you struggling with your journey into motherhood?
You are not alone!

The stress surrounding the journey to, transition into and experience of motherhood is often not spoken about and can feel overwhelming and lonely. We are taught to rely on our personal support systems, but what happens when those supports are limited or removed? Negative thoughts can creep in: hopelessness, sadness, and self-doubt cloud your vision. I offer therapy for those who are struggling to cope with the transition into motherhood, experiencing low mood, distressing thoughts, prenatal and postpartum anxiety/depression and mood disorders, infertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, or feeling isolated and alone.

COUNSELLING CAN HELP.

I am here for you.
